Spartan Sports Network's 24-7 Online Radio Station Now Available

EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Spartan Sports Network is proud to announce that SSN "24-7", a 24-hour, 7 day-a-week online radio station, is now live at SpartanSportsNetwork.com, TuneIn and on the SSN mobile app for Apple and Android devices. The station features the largest MSU radio sports archive, along with live games, press conferences, coaches' shows and original programming. The SSN "24-7" station is an unprecedented initiative by a university sports network. "Our format is all Spartans, all the time," said Spartan Sports Network President Will Tieman. "We want to celebrate the rich tradition of Spartan Athletics and give MSU fans around the globe every opportunity to follow their teams." "We're excited about promoting our student-athletes and teams on another media platform that has worldwide reach," said MSU Athletics Director Mark Hollis. "Our goal has always been to be at the forefront of the latest technology to communicate with our fans and give them as many outlets as possible to follow Spartan Athletics. With the launch of Spartan Sports Network 24-7, fans will now have round-the-clock access to a truly unique station that focuses solely on Michigan State. SSN has a track record for successful initiatives, as its highly popular mobile app, which launched in October 2010, has been downloaded more than 70,000 times heading into its third year.
