EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Spartan Sports Network is proud to announce that SSN "24-7", a 24-hour, 7 day-a-week online radio station, is now live at SpartanSportsNetwork.com, TuneIn and on the SSN mobile app for Apple and Android devices. The station features the largest MSU radio sports archive, along with live games, press conferences, coaches' shows and original programming.

The SSN "24-7" station is an unprecedented initiative by a university sports network.

"Our format is all Spartans, all the time," said Spartan Sports Network President Will Tieman. "We want to celebrate the rich tradition of Spartan Athletics and give MSU fans around the globe every opportunity to follow their teams."

SSN has a track record for successful initiatives, as its highly popular mobile app, which launched in October 2010, has been downloaded more than 70,000 times heading into its third year. In addition, SSN now produces the official game day programs for football, men's and women's basketball, and hockey.

THIS WEEK'S SCHEDULE
This week SSN 24/7 highlights the recent exciting history of Michigan State and Notre Dame with classic replays of the original Spartan Network broadcasts from 2000 and 2010. Every week SSN 24/7 showcases live coverage of Mark Dantonio's Tuesday press conference and weekly hour long Thursday night radio show. Throughout the week SSN 24/7 airs daily shows with Coach Dantonio and goes around the Big Ten with This Week in College Football. The 2012 renewal of the Michigan State vs. Notre Dame rivalry can be heard on SSN 24/7 beginning at 6:30 p.m. this Saturday evening. In the weeks and months to come, SSN 24/7 will feature live coverage of the Michigan State Sports Hall of Fame Induction ceremony, men's and women's basketball events, along with hockey and expanded spring sports coverage.
