MSU Strength & Conditioning Clinic Set for Feb. 7-8
Several top coaches will be featured at the seventh annual clinic.

EAST LANSING, Mich. - As the MSU football team is preparing for its trip to Pasadena, the Spartan Strength Staff are gearing up for the seventh annual Strength and Conditioning Clinic to be held on Feb. 7-8.
The clinic is designed to give all attendees a solid foundation in the basic fundamentals of strength training, speed mechanics and agility training. In addition to featured guests, Ken Mannie and the Spartan Strength staff will be on-hand for a roundtable discussion.
The Spartan Strength Staff will again provide a complimentary session on the evening of Friday, Feb. 7, which will include Speed & Agility stations and a lecture by keynote speaker, Mickey Marotti, Assistant Athletic Director for Football Sports Performance at Ohio State University.
On Saturday, Feb. 8, the featured speakers will include Seattle Seahawks assistant strength coach Mondray Gee, Northern Illinois' head strength coach Brad Ohrt, Boston College's head strength coach Frank Piraino and Eaton Rapids (High School) strength coach Bob Ribby.
The clinic will be held at the Clara Bell Smith Academic Center, adjacent to the Duffy Daugherty Building, on the campus of MSU.
