Tim Day joined the Michigan State University Athletic Department's development staff in August 2009.
As an Assistant Athletic Director and Director of Annual Giving, Day is charged with developing, implementing and evaluating all annual giving initiatives and programs - including acquisition, stewardship, and communication to the MSU Athletics donor base. Managing the Annual Giving team, Tim has also led seat adjustment efforts and a redesign of the Spartan Fund website and online giving experience.
Day, a former letterwinner at Michigan State, played two seasons of professional baseball with the Chicago White Sox organization. He earned a bachelor's of science degree in kinesiology from MSU in 2006 and continued his education by earning a master's of science in 2009 from MSU.
Tim and his wife, Alyssa, have three children, Easton, Rylan, and Elijah, and reside in Fowlerville.
