Special Notes
Prices that include hotel are based on double occupancy. For single occupancy add $135.
Additional rooms are being held for Friday, April 9, Saturday, April 10 and Wednesday April 14 @ $90 per night.
All golf prices include a $200 donation, transportation to and from the golf course, a golf souvenir. All non-golf prices include a $200 donation (excluding the banquet) but do not include a golf souvenir.
