Making a donation is easy. For as little as $100 you can become a Spartan Fund member. Membership is easy! Your gift can be made one of three ways and can be designated to the area of your choice! And, remember, with your membership comes tremendous benefits and access into Spartan Athletics.

Making a contribution to Spartan Athletics has never been easier! All Spartan Fund members are encouraged to set up a "Go Green" account (formerly DonorNet) account). Your Go Green account is the most convenient way to make your gift to MSU Athletics. As importantly, your Go Green account allows you to monitor your Spartan Fund account, view your complete giving history and check your current Spartan Points. By calling (517) 432-4610, a Spartan Fund representative will be happy to assist you in making your contribution over the phone. Please note only credit card payments can be made using this option.

Individuals wishing to mail or fax a donation can print this gift form (.PDF) and mail the form to: Spartan Fund, 200 Spartan Way, East Lansing, MI 48824-4005 or use fax number 517/432-6219. When writing a check, please make check payable to "Spartan Fund."

Designating Your Gift

The Spartan Fund provides you with the opportunity to designate your contribution to the area of your choice. Please consult your tax advisor for charitable deduction percentages and IRS guidelines.

Unrestricted gifts are most vital to the Spartan Fund and Spartan Athletics. These dollars are allocated based on the pressing priorities as identified by Athletics Director, Mark Hollis.

An endowed scholarship is a meaningful and lasting way to impact the life of current or future Spartan student-athletes. Gifts to establish an endowed scholarship can be given outright or pledged over five years. A named endowment can be created with a minimum gift of $50,000 or a pledge of $10,000 annually for 5 years.

Your contribution to the Spartan Fund can be allocated to the sport of your choice. MSU fields 25 athletic teams. Go to http://www.msuspartans.com and click on Sports for a full listing of teams as well as important team information. Pick your passion...support the team of your choice!

Enjoy Spartan Athletics from some of the best seats in the house. Premium seating offers fans the opportunity to view the game in designated areas in football, men's basketball, women's basketball, hockey and volleyball. Gifts made to our premium seating program primarily support scholarships for our student-athletes. Under current IRS guidelines, all premium seating is 80% tax-deductible and counts toward annual Spartan Fund membership.
