Spartans Improve at Day 2 of OSU Invite

Jacob Jarzen takes first place in the 100 Yard Butterfly, posting a new meet record.

Senior Season: Placed second in the one-meter with a score of 261.46 against Iowa ... Finished third in the one-meter against Grand Valley State ... Placed eighth at the Ohio State Invitational in the one-meter ... Placed fourth against Notre Dame in the three-meter with a score of 298.88 ... Recorded a third-place finish against Illinois in the three-meter ... Placed 30th in the one-meter at the NCAA Zone C Regional with a score of 240.15.

Junior Season: Finished fourth against Bowling Green on the three-meter, scoring 298.95 ... Placed second on the one-meter with a score of 304.65 against Grand Valley State ... Fifth-place finish on the three-meter at the Eastern Michigan Invite ... Placed 24th overall at the NCAA Zone C Regional with a score of 249.20.

Sophomore Season: Second-place finish against St. Bonaventure on the three-meter, scoring a 277.87 ... Scored a 269.47 on the three-meter against GVSU to place third ... Eighth-place finish at the TYR Invitational on the three-meter, diving 209.10 ... Competed at the NCAA Zone C Diving Meet, placing 39th with a 202.95 on the one-meter.

Freshman Season: Season-high scores were 221.08 on the one meter and 216.45 on the three-meter board.

High School: Earned All-State and All-America honors at Zeeland East High School ... Two-year letterwinner...Member of the East Grand Rapids Diving Club.
