Freshman: Best times of the season in the 50 free and 100 fly came at the Big Ten Championships...took sixth place in the 100 free with a time of 46.37 at the Notre Dame Invitational.

Prep: Voted team captain his junior and senior year...two-time all-area swimmer...a four-time all-conference swimmer.
