MSU Women Fall to Purdue

Spartans fight to compete in back-to-back weekend duals.

Freshman Season: Posted the team's top time in the 100 breaststroke (1:04.13) earning a spot on the team's 400 medley relay at the Big Ten Championship meet ... Posted the team's second-fastest time in the 200 breaststroke (2:20.94) at the Ohio State Invitational ... Fifth-fastest time on the team in the 50 freestyle (24.13) ... Made the team's All-Time Top Ten list in the 100 breaststroke and the 200 breaststroke.

High School: Three-time All-Conference, four-time All-State, and two-time All-American...Four-time varsity letter winner at West Ottawa High School in Holland, MI...Finished fifth in the state in the 100 breaststroke her freshman year...Placed third in the 100 breaststroke at the state championship her sophomore year...Conference and state champion in the 100 breaststroke her junior and senior year as well as the record holder in the 100 breaststroke...Placed seventh at state in the 200 individual medley ... Finished fourth at the state championship in the 200 individual medley her senior year... Senior National Qualifier ... Finished ninth at the 2009 SCY Junior Nation meet in the 100 breaststroke.
