Team captain...A three-year letterwinner and two-time Academic All-Big Ten selection...competed in the 100 and 200 breaststroke, 200 individual medley and 800 free relays at the 1999 Big Ten Championships...varsity record holder in the 200 and 400 medley relay...claimed 14th place in the 100 breaststroke and 16th place in the 200 breaststroke at the ’98 Big Ten’s...also swam in the 200 individual medley, the 200 and 400 medley relays and the 400 and 800 free relays at ’98 Big Ten’s...finished 10th in the 100 breaststroke and competed in the 200 breaststroke, 200 individual medley and the 400 medley relay at the ’97 Big Ten’s...earned her undergraduate degree in general business administration in three years. Pre-MSU: Placed fifth at the 1993 German Championships in the 100 breaststroke…participated in the ’96 and ’92 German Olympic Trials. Personal: Born June 14, 1974, she is the daughter of Henner and Jutta Lenfers…a general business administration major...Dean’s List honoree. |
