Team captain...A three-year letterwinner and a Big Ten All-Star Team selection...competed in the 50, 100 and 200 free, the 200 and 400 medley relay and the 200 free relay at the 1999 Big Ten Championships...a Senior National qualifier and varsity record holder in the 200 medley relay...claimed 16th place in the 50 free at the 1998 Big Ten Championships...also swam in the 100 and 200 free, the 200 and 400 free relays and the 200 medley relay in the ’98 Big Ten’s...named MSU’s Outstanding Freshman in 1997...finished fourth in the 50 free, with an NCAA “B” standard, and competed in the 100 free at the ’97 Big Ten’s. High School: Earned All-America honors in the 50 freestyle as a junior and senior and in the 100 freestyle in her final season…U.S. Swimming Scholastic All-American…competed with Lakeside Swim Team at Junior and Senior Nationals...member of Louisville Seahawks. Personal: Born July 7, 1978, she is the daughter of Marvin and Barbara Oliver…a parks and recreation major. |
