When I was ten I wanted to be...a cop (I gave out fake tickets to random people). Now I want to be...Superman.

•What is your biggest fear?
Finishing a task or event, but then realizing I did not put in 100% effort from the start!

Freshman Season: Finished fifth at the TYR Invitational (11/22) in the 50 back with a 24.25 ... Took third vs. Michigan (2/8) in the 100 back with a 54.59 ... His 52.49 in the 100 back at the Big Ten Championships was the team's third-fastest time of the year ... Also swam in the medley and free relays.

High School: Part of the two-time state champion 200 medley relay team as a junior...Earned All-League, All-State and All-Region accolades...Four-year letterwinner.

Personal: Born Feb. 18, 1990...Son of Bob and Julie Skandalaris...Sister is on the swim team at Washington University in St. Louis...Brother played lacrosse at Duke...Father, Bob, played football at MSU...Criminal Justice major.
