Men's Swimming Takes Fourth at Viking
Bruesch and Munley each swim to second place.

EAST LANSING, Mich. -- MSU's men's swim team finished in fourth place at the CSU Viking Invitational on Saturday, March 7. Winning the competition was Penn State with 62 points. In second place was Ohio State with 33 points, and in third place was the host, Cleveland State with 17 points. MSU finished up the rankings with 11 points.
Two Spartans turned in second place performances. Junior John Bruesch placed second in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 56.85. In the 200 freestyle, freshman John Munley swam a time of 1:39.81, to finish in second place.
The Spartans will return to competition on Sunday, March 8, at 10 a.m., at the Olympic Invitational at the University of Michiganis Canham Natatorium.
