EAST LANSING, Mich. -- MSU Swimming and Diving will feature Senior Spotlights throughout the 2017-18 season.

 

Q: Who’s your favorite sports figure?

A: Katie Ledecky is my favorite sports figure.

 

Q: Who was your childhood idol?

A: My Uncle Mike

 

Q: What is your favorite movie?

A: The Proposal

 

Q: What’s a place you’d like to visit?

A: Anywhere in Europe.

 

Q: Who is the most famous person you’ve met?

A: Allison Schmitt

 

Q: What is your favorite professional sports team?

A: The Green Bay Packers are my favorite team.

A: Steak and potatoes

A: One Tree Hill

 

Q: What are your career plans?

A: I plan on teaching and coaching at the high school level.

 

Q: What is one thing you cant live without?

A: I can’t live without my phone.

A: I get my nails done.

 

Q: What is one thing that most people don’t know?

A: I used to be a sprinter.

 

Q: What is your biggest fear?

A: I have a fear of heights.

A: iPhone photography

 

Q: What is the best way to spend the day off?

A: I love spending the day on the boat.

A: I would eat with Ryan Reynolds.

A: I’m most proud of my family.

A: Determined, outgoing and helpful.

 

Q: Why did you choose Michigan State?

A: It felt like home the minute I stepped foot on campus.

 

Q: What led you to your major? What is your career aspiration?

A: I enjoy science and helping out children so teaching seems like a perfect fit for me. My career aspiration is to love what I do so I never have to “work” a day in my life.

 

Q: How did you spend your summer?

A: I spent the summer taking classes, training at MSU and coaching country club swimming at Walnut Hills.
