OUTDOOR: Ran in three races for the Spartans.
INDOOR: Competed at the Meyo Invite in the 800m run (1:56.85) and the 1,000m run (2:28.91) ... Crossed the finish line at the ISU Classic with a time of 4:10.62 in the one-mile run, a season-best.

2006-07 - Sophomore:
OUTDOOR: Named Academic All-Big Ten ... Finished second at the Auburn Springtime Invitational with a time of 3:53.64 in the 1,500m run ... Finished 13th at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships in the 1,500m run with a time of 3:56.41.
INDOOR: Finished fifth at the Chippewa Open after clocking in at 1:58.83 in the 800m run.
CROSS COUNTRY: Named Academic All-Big Ten ... Placed 54th at the Big Ten Championships, crossing the finish line at 25:59.

2005-06 - Freshman:
OUTDOOR: Finished 17th at the Big Ten Championships in the 800m after posting a time of 1:55.11 ... Recorded a personal-best at the Central Michigan Triangular with a time of 9:00.61 in the 3,000m ... Posted a personal-best 1:53.00 in the 800m at the Hillsdale Relays.
INDOOR: Placed third at the Chippewa Open in the 800m run (1:56.67).
CROSS COUNTRY: Placed 65th at the Big Ten Championship (26:31.13).

2004-05 - Freshman
CROSS COUNTRY: Finished 17th at the Jeff Drenth Memorial, clocking in at 16:10.3 in the 5K race ... Redshirted the rest of the season.

High School: Four-time all-state selection in cross country ... Member of two state championship 4x800m relay teams ... All-state selection in the mile run ... Won individual state Division III cross country title as a junior.
