High School: Named all-conference 14 times, most valuable player, and most versatile...Had 12 regional places and qualified for the state meet seven times...Was second team all-conference in volleyball...As a captain, led the basketball team to three conference championships, a regional championship and to the state quarterfinals...Named first and second team all-conference for basketball...Inducted into the Mason County Sports Hall of Fame, received Ludington High School's female athlete of the year award and was academic all-state... Was a top ten all-round senior, and MHSAA scholar athlete of the year.
