OUTDOOR: Competed unattached at the Don Kleinow Memorial Invitational, hitting a mark of 3.51m/ 11-6¼...Also competed unattached at the Lyle Bennett posting a mark of 3.40m/11-3¾.
INDOOR: Hit a mark of 3.49m/11-5¼ to finish 10th competing unattched at the Bob Eubanks Open.

High School: Four-year letter winner in track and field at Lakeshore HS... Also played volleyball for two years and was a competitive cheerleader... Valedictorian of her class... Three-year captian of the track team... Placed 2nd at the state meet in pole vault with a mark of 11'10"... Earned all-state honors in the pole vault four years in a row... Was a state qualifier in the high jump for four years and also qualified in the 4x100m and 4x200m as a senior.

Personal: Born in June 22, 1993... Daughter of Jeff and Deanna Chorny... Cousin Travis cheers at Western Michigan and cousin Tom runs track and Indiana University... Majoring in computer science and pre-medical.
