MSU Track & Field Shines at 2014 Spartan Invitational

11 individual wins highlight Michigan State's track & field showcase.

2013-14
OUTDOOR:
Placed second in the 200 with a time of 25.65 at the Spartan Invitational ... Fifth-place in the long jump (5.10 meters) at the Spartan Invitational ... Member of the Spartan's 4x1 and 4x4 relay teams
INDOOR:
Recorded three top-10 finishes in the 60 meter dash, including a fifth-place finish and career-best time of 7.80 seconds at the GVSU Bob Eubanks Open ... Finished sixth in the 200 meter on two occasions - Jan. 11 at GVSU (25.72) and Jan. 25 at Notre Dame Invitational (career-best 25.43) ... Posted a career-best mark of 5.54 meters in the long jump at the Meyo Invitational

Was a four year letter winner in track and field at Jackson High School... Was elected captain of her basketball team for three years... Was CAAC Blue All-Conference from 2009-2013 in basketball and track and field... Was All-State all four years, freshman year she placed third in long jump; sophomore year she placed fifth in the 4x200m relay, second in the 4x100m relay and third in long jump; her junior year she was state champion in the long jump, placed eighth in the 200m dash, fourth in the 4x100m relay and sixth in the 4x200m relay; her senior year she was the long jump state champion and became the state record holder and also placed fourth in the 100m dash... Personal: Born May 10, 1995... Daughter of Corey and Julie Pryor... Majoring in journalism... Her sister Jaelynn Pryor is a senior at Michigan State and has been a member of the track and field team since coming to MSU.
