Michigan State Track and Field Dominates At Spartan Invitational

Multiple individual victories highlight the weekend for MSU.

2010-11:
OUTDOOR:: Opened the outdoor season with a new personal-best time of 53.37 in the 400m run ... Also, placed second in the triple jump with a distance of 14.05m (Spartan Invitational) ... Placed fourth in the triple jump (14.12m) at the 32nd Sun Angel Classic ... Was a member of the 4x400m relay team that placed fourth with a time of 3:19.57 at the Indiana University Outdoor Invitational ... Placed fourth in two back-to-back events at the Lyle Bennett Open ... Ran the 100m in 11.29 and the 200m in 22.21 ... Represented the Spartans at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships.
INDOOR: Recorded a personal-best record in the triple jump, distancing 14.30m (Big Ten Indoor Championships).

2009-10:
OUTDOOR: Posted a mark of 14.13m (46-4 ¼) in the triple jump at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships ... Recorded a distance of 7.02m (23-0 ½) in the long jump at the Sun Angel Track Classic and ran the 200m in 22.23 seconds ... Ran the 100m in 10.85 seconds at the Jesse Owens Track Classic.
INDOOR: Posted a time of 6.97 seconds in the 60m at the GVSU Big Meet.

2008-09:
OUTDOOR: Competed in both the 100m and 200m dashes along with the long jump and triple jump during the outdoor season ... Turned in a personal-best time of 10.82 in the 100m dash at the Hillsdale Gina Relays ... Season-best in the 200m dash came at the Gina Relays as well when he clocked in at 22.18 ... Outdoor season-best in the long jump came at the Big Ten Championships where he turned in a leap of 6.83m (22-5) ... Leaped 13.56m (44-6) in the triple jump at the Indiana Invitational.
INDOOR: Competed in the 60m and 200m dashes along with the long jump in 2009 ... Posted a season-best time of 6.96 in the 60m dash at the Grand Valley Big Meet; ran the same time in a preliminary heat at the Meyo Invitational one week earlier ... Notched a season-best 22.13 in the 200m dash at the Meyo Invitational ... Set a personal-best 7.00m (21-11 ¾) in the long jump at the Notre Dame Invitational.
