The Spartans captured three individual wins in the two day event.

OUTDOOR: Posted a season-best 4:12.27 in the 1,500m at the EMU Twilight meet.
INDOOR: Placed third in the mile at the Notre Dame Invite with a season-best time of 4:14.39 ... Earned seventh place in the mile with a time of 4:22.16 at the meet against Michigan ... Ran a 4:15.78 in the mile at the SPIRE NCAA D-1 Track Invitational ... Competed in the mile preliminaries at the Big Ten Indoor Championships, posting a time of 4:34.04.

2011-12:
OUTDOOR: Competed at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships where he ran a personal-best time of 3:49.91 in the 1,500m ... Posted a time of 3:51.37 in the 1500m at the Hillsdale College "GINA" Relays ... At the GVSU Al Owens Class, he ran a time of 3:52.84 in the 1,500m ... Recorded a time of 3:53.28 in the 1,500m at the MSU Spartan Invitational.
INDOOR: Ran a time of 8:41.72 in the 3,000m at the GVSU Big Meet ... At the Indiana University Relays, he posted a time of 4:19.05 in the mile ... Competed at the Notre Dame Invitational where he ran a time of 2:32.66 to place 10th in the 1,000m.

Attended Rockford High School where he was a four-year letterwinner in cross country and track & field for Andrew Martin ... Named all-conference his junior and senior seasons in cross country ... Named all-region in 2008 and 2009 ... Earned all-area honorable mention honors in 2008 and first-team honors in 2009 ... 2009 Division I all-state honoree in cross country ... Recived all-region honors in 2009 and was a Division I state final qualifier in the 1,600m ... Received all-conference, all-region and all-state honors in track his senior season ... A member of the 4x800m relay team who holds a school record of 7:49.19 ... Posted a career-best time of 4:23 his senior year ... Best 800m time occurred in 2010 when he turned in a mark of 1:54.4 ...
