Academic All-Big Ten Honors Announced for the 2011 Fall Season

Ninty Spartans student-athletes were recognized for having a 3.0 or better GPA.

OUTDOOR: Began the outdoor season with a tenth-place finish in the 1500m with a time of 4:42.93 at the Michigan State Spartan Invitational ... Posted a fifth-place finish with a time of 4:37.35 in the 1500m at the Sun Angel Track Classic ... Ran the 1500m in a time of 4:41.58 for a seventh-place finish at the Indiana University Outdoor Invitational while also running the 800m in 2:18.70 ... At the Lyle Bennett Open she ran the 1500m in 4:44.42 for a second-place finish ... Ran a season best time in the 1500m at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships with a time of 4:35.41.
INDOOR: Ran the 800m in a time of 2:19.83 at the Kentucky Track & Field Invitational ... Finished eight with a time of 2:58.66 in the 1000m at the Notre Dame Invitational.

2009-10:
OUTDOOR: Ran the 800m in 2:20.32 at the Ferris State Bulldog Open and in 2:19.52 at the Spartan Invitational.
