Franklin Finishes 10th in Triple Jump at U.S. Outdoor Championships

EAST LANSING, Michigan - Michigan State junior Tori Franklin placed 10th on Thursday in the triple jump at the U.S. Track & Field Outdoor Championships in Sacramento, California. Franklin posted a distance of 12.93m (42-5 ¼).
Franklin earned her fifth career All-America honors earlier this month at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, placing 13th. She is Michigan State's record holder in both the indoor and outdoor triple jump.
