Cross Country Closes Out Strong Michigan Intercollegiate Championships

Competed unattached in the EMU Fall Classic and placed 14th with a time 18:53.6.

High School:
A four-year letterwinner in both cross country and track & field at Allendale High School for Grant Lofdahl ... Won the state cross country championships her sophomore, junior and senior seasons ... Turned in a personal-best time of 18:00 her senior year ... Team was runner-up in 2009 and third in both 2006 and 2008 ... Earned all-state honors each year of high school ... Earned all-conference and all-district honors in cross country all four seasons ... Placed 22nd at the 2009 Foot Locker Midwest Regional with a time of 18:57 ...
