Women's Cross Country Claims Back-to-Back Big Ten Titles

Spartans finish with team score of 55 points.

2010:
Raced unattached in all three of his races ... turned in a time of 15:44.8 at the Jeff Drenth Memorial, good for eighth place ... finished the Spartan Invitational with a time of 25:31 ... placed second at the EMU Fall Classic with a time of 15:31.7.

High School:
Four-year letterwinner at Durand High School in both track & field and cross country for his father, David Madrigal II ... Won the 2010 MHSAA cross country championship ... Received all-conference honors in cross country all four seasons ... Was the regional cross country champion in 2009 and 2010 ... Honored as a four-time all-conference recipient in track & field ... Was the regional champion in the two mile run in 2009 and 2010 ... Won the two mile state championship in 2010, finishing runner-up in the mile run ...
