EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan State track & field and cross country programs have announced that David Madrigal (Durand, Mich.) will join the Spartans for the 2010-11 season. Madrigal won the 2009 Michigan High School Athletic Association State Cross Country Championship as Durand's first cross country champion. Madrigal has been admitted to MSU and will attend orientation this summer before arriving on campus in the fall 2010.
