    The Michigan State men's and women's cross country teams will travel to Williamsburg, Va., this weekend for the Colonial Inter-Regional meet hosted by William & Mary. The men's race will begin at 10 a.m., while the women's race will start at 10:40 a.m.

    This is the Spartans' first meet since hosting the Spartan Invitational Sept. 12.

    In addition to MSU and the host, William & Mary, the following teams are scheduled to compete: Tennessee (men), St. Joseph's (women), Richmond (men and women), Campbell (men and women), Norfolk State (men and women), Hampton (men and women), Bridgewater (men and women), Washington & Lee (men and women), Longwood (men and women), John Hopkins (men and women) and Randolph (men and women).

    The MSU men's team enters the meet ranked fourth in the Great Lakes region while the women's squad is ranked eighth nationally and first in the Great Lakes region.
