2011 (FRESHMAN): Saw action in 25 games, including 21 starts (19 in right field, two in left field) . . . hit .237 (18-for-76) with five RBIs . . . collected 18 hits, including four doubles and a triple . . . scored eight runs . . . drove in two runs in win over Michigan (3/27) . . . had a season-high three hits against SIU-Edwardsville (3/4) . . . also made six appearances on the mound in relief, pitching 6.2 innings . . . opponents hit just .174 against him (lefties: .077, 1-for-13).
