2013 (SOPHOMORE): Appeared and started in 11 games, finishing with a 5-2 record . . . pitched 75 2/3 innings, third most on the team . . . struck out 32 total batters over the season . . . recorded the third-lowest opponent batting average on the team (.216) . . . finished the season with an ERA of 2.97 . . . pitched a complete game shutout versus Ohio State (3/31) . . . struck out six batters and allowed only one hit in his season debut versus Cincinnati (2/22) . . . picked up his final win of the season versus Penn State (5/18) while pitching eight innings and allowing only one earned run.
