SUMMER 2010: Teamed up with Torsten Boss and Jeff Holm to help the Chillicothe Paints win the 2010 Prospect League Championship . . . went 1-1 on the mound and struck out 34 batters in 36.0 innings of work . . . also hit .268 and had four RBIs at the plate.

2010 (FRESHMAN): On the mound, went a perfect 4-0 in 12 appearances, including three starts . . . struck out 24 and walked 14 in 33.2 innings of action . . . earned his first collegiate win against Central Michigan (3/31), tossing six innings against the Chippewas . . . earned a save by pitching three scoreless innings and fanning four against Bowling Green (4/6) . . . threw a season-high 7.0 innings and did not allow a run in picking up the win against Western Michigan (4/20) . . . hurled 6.1 innings and struck out a season-best six to get the victory at Eastern Michigan (4/27) . . . won his fourth game of the season by striking out three and not surrendering a run in 4.0 innings of relief at Central Michigan (5/18) . . . went 3-for-15 (.200) at the plate with two runs scored.
