EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan State baseball and softball programs announced today (April 1) that the upcoming weekend (April 2-4) will be Spartan Pride/Fan Appreciation Weekend. All fans attending baseball and softball games this weekend will be admitted free of charge.

This weekend marks the opening of the Big Ten schedule for the baseball team as it hosts Iowa Friday through Sunday. Friday's game will begin at 3:05 p.m., while Saturday and Sunday's games will both start at 1:05 p.m. All three games will be played at McLane Baseball Stadium at Kobs Field.

Softball will close out its six-game homestand against Minnesota on Saturday and Sunday. Each game will begin at 1 p.m. at Old College Field.
