EAST LANSING, Mich. - Michigan State will host Central Michigan on Tuesday, April 2 at 3:05 p.m. in its first home game of the season at McLane Stadium. The Spartans are coming off a series win at Ohio State and are 15-8 on the season. Chase Rihtarchik gets the nod for MSU; he threw the team's most recent no-hitter, and the first since 2009, back on March 23 against Oakland.
Central lost two of three games this past weekend to Bowling Green and is 11-14 this year. The Spartans are on a five-game win streak against CMU, including a series sweep last season.
