MSU To Host North Carolina In Big Ten/ACC Challenge

Michigan State will host North Carolina in the 2013 Big Ten/ACC Challenge on Wednesday, December 4. The two teams are meeting for the fifth time in the challenge history, making UNC MSU's most played opponent in the 15-year history of the challenge.

Payne Returns To MSU For Senior Season

Michigan State junior forward Adreian Payne has decided to return to MSU for his senior season and will not enter the NBA Draft. Payne earned Second-Team All-Big Ten honors from the league's coaches and media in 2012-13. He led the Spartans in rebounding (7.6 rpg), ranking third in the Big Ten, and ranked third on the team in scoring (10.5 ppg).
