1998-99: Earned his second varsity letter after appearing as a reserve in 17 games ... Saw action in six Big Ten regular-season contests and two in the conference tournament ... Tied his career high with a four-minute stint against Illinois-Chicago (12/13) where he scored two points and grabbed a personal-best three boards ... Recorded a season-high three points in the Spartans' 82-69 win over Purdue (2/16) ... Played two minutes vs. Mount St. Mary's (3/12) in the NCAA Tournament ... Registered points in four games and found his way into the rebound column in five contests.

1997-98: Lettered after playing in 11 games ... Saw action in six Big Ten contests ... Grabbed two rebounds at home against Wisconsin (1/8) ... Longest playing stint was a four-minute outing against Wright State (12/17) where he finished with one rebound ... Recorded his lone points of the campaign in the season opener against East Tennessee State (11/17).
