•With its 70-46 win over Minnesota, Michigan State improved to 14-0 at home in 2006-07. The Spartans won their fourth-straight conference game overall, including their third-straight at the Breslin Center.

•MSU out-rebounded Minnesota, 38- 24. The Spartans are averaging +10.2 rebounds in conference play, while out-rebounding five of their first six Big Ten opponents.

•Michigan State posted 32 points in the paint compared to just four by Minnesota.

•Michigan State went on a 16-3 run with 8:20 to go in the first half, holding Minnesota at 17 until the 1:59 mark. The Spartans closed out the half with a 20-point lead.
