• Ohio State out-rebounded Michigan State, 41-38, marking just the fourth time all season an opponent has recorded more rebounds than the Spartans...MSU is 18-3 when out-rebounding its opponents, 2-1 when rebounds are equal, and 1-3 when getting out-rebounded...the 41 rebounds by the Buckeyes are the most by a Spartan opponent this season.

Raymar Morgan collected 14 rebounds, the second-highest total of his career (15 vs. Chicago State on Nov. 13, 2007) and his highest figure in a Big Ten game.

Durrell Summers led the team with 16 points, his best scoring effort since scoring 24 vs. Northwestern on Jan. 30...during one stretch in the second half, Summers scored eight straight points, including a jumper at the 4:05 mark that gave MSU a brief 62-61 lead...after that basket, Michigan State didn't make a field goal until the 1:04 mark and Ohio State closed the game on a 13-5 run.

Chris Allen was 3-for-6 from 3-point range and scored 11 points...in his last five games, Allen is shooting 57 percent (17-of-30) from 3.

Kalin Lucas was limited to nine points, marking only the second time all season he hasn't scored in double-figures (Feb. 2 at Wisconsin, seven points)...Lucas did record eight assists, the second-highest total for him this season (nine vs. Wofford).

Draymond Green scored in double-figures for the 16th time this season with 11 points and was 5-of-9 shooting from the field...MSU is 12-4 when Green scores in double-figures.

• MSU shot 56 percent from the free-throw line (10-for-18), its second-lowest free-throw percentage of the season (42 percent vs. Toledo, 11-of-26).
