Senior forward Raymar Morgan led MSU in points (19) and rebounds (11) - picking up his eighth career double-double. At least one Spartan has now recorded a double-double in six of MSU's eight games as Delvon Roe (twice), Draymond Green (twice), Derrick Nix and Durrell Summers all have at least one double-double this season. Morgan has averaged 18 points over the last three games.
With 13 points, junior guard Kalin Lucas has now scored in double figures in the Spartans' last 19 games and now has 57 career double-figure scoring games. His nine assists were a season-high and just one shy of tying his career high.
Sophomore forward Delvon Roe recorded a career-high five blocks.
The Spartans have now won 44 consecutive non-conference games at home, dating back to Dec. 3, 2003.
Michigan State out-rebounded Wofford, 43-23, tying its season-high margin for out-rebounding its opponents. MSU out-boarded Florida Gulf Coast, 54-34. The Spartans have out-rebounded their opponents in seven of eight games and tied North Carolina on the glass.
