Michigan State men's basketball head coach Tom Izzo met with the media this afternoon for his weekly press conference at Breslin Center. The Spartans moved up to No. 4 in the AP and No. 5 in the USA Today coaches poll, and prepare for No. 1 Indiana tomorrow at 7 p.m. at Breslin.
