Clark Signs National Letter Of Intent
Forward will join Spartans as a freshman in 2014-15.

EAST LANSING, Mich. - Michigan State men's basketball coach Tom Izzo announced Wednesday that Marvin Clark Jr.(F, 6-7, 219, Kansas City, Mo., Sunrise Christian Academy (Bel Aire, Kan.)) has signed a National Letter of Intent to attend Michigan State next fall and play for the 2014-15 Spartan basketball team. He will join Javon Bess (F, 6-5, 195, Columbus, Ohio, Gahanna Lincoln High School) and Lourawls (Tum Tum) Nairn Jr. (G, 5-10, 175, Nassau, Bahamas, Sunrise Christian Academy (Bel Aire, Kan.)), who signed their NLIs in the fall, in MSU's incoming freshman class.

Averaged 20 points and 9 rebounds for the Prep Team at Sunrise Christian Academy in Bel Aire, Kan., playing a schedule that consisted mainly of junior college opponents ... Top performances included 32 points and 14 rebounds against Cloud County Junior College and 30 points and 16 rebounds against Independence Community College ... Was a teammate of Lourawls (Tum Tum) Nairn Jr., who signed with MSU in the fall, during the 2012-13 season, helping lead Sunrise Christian Academy to a 29-1 record, playing for Coach Kyle Lindsted ... Originally a member of the Class of 2013 before reclassifying to the Class of 2014 and taking a postgraduate year at Sunrise Christian Academy.
