Big Ten Announces Men's Basketball Schedule
Spartans will appear on ESPN/ESPN2 eight times, with the possibility of as many as four CBS games.

EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Big Ten Conference released the 2013-14 men's basketball conference schedule on Wednesday. Game times were announced for every game, along with television designations for Big Ten games televised by CBS and the ESPN family of networks. Additional television clearances, including Big Ten Network games, will be announced at a later date, along with additional television information for non-conference games.
Michigan State will appear on ESPN or ESPN2 eight times during the Big Ten season. As previously announced, the Spartans will make three appearances on Super Tuesday, Jan. 7 vs. Ohio State (9 p.m.), Jan. 21 vs. Indiana (7 p.m.) and Jan. 28 at Iowa, and welcome ESPN College GameDay to East Lansing for the third time on Jan. 25 when MSU hosts Michigan (7 p.m.). Thursday night contests against Penn State (Feb. 6, 9 p.m.), at Purdue (Feb. 20, 7 p.m.), and against Iowa (March 6, 9 p.m.) will be carried either on ESPN or ESPN2, as will a Saturday afternoon contest on March 1 (2 p.m.) against Illinois.
The Spartans will appear on CBS at least twice during the Big Ten season, with the possibility of two additional appearances. MSU's games at Indiana on Jan. 4 (2 p.m.) and at Wisconsin on Feb. 9 (1 p.m.) will air on CBS, while late season games at Michigan (Feb. 23) and at Ohio State (March 9) could be added during the season.
Michigan State will play seven Big Ten opponents twice with single games against Nebraska (home), Minnesota (home), Wisconsin (road) and Purdue (road).
