Spartan Football All-Access takes you inside the Michigan State Football program. This episode includes an inside look the work ten Spartans did as they traveled to Houston to help with the aftermath from Hurricane Harvey as well as an in depth look at the battle against the Iowa Hawkeyes.
CAREER NOTES: Fifth-year senior walk-on will handle kickoff duties and be the back-up placekicker for the Spartans in 2017 . . . played two seasons at Western Michigan (2013-14) before transferring to Michigan State in 2015.
2017 SEASON (SENIOR): Has handled kickoff duties in all 11 games . . . has 46 kickoffs for a 61.0 ypk average with 11 touchbacks . . . has made four tackles on kickoffs . . . registered four kickoffs for 58.2 ypk average against Maryland . . . had one kickoff for 50 yards at No. 11 Ohio State . . . logged season-high three touchbacks, for third-straight game with two or more touchbacks, as part of five kicks for a 62.4 ypk average in win over No. 7 Penn State . . . for second game in a row, tallied two touchbacks, as part of four kicks for 64.0 ypk average at Northwestern . . . matched season-best with two touchbacks as part of four kickoffs for season-best 64.5 ypk average and added a tackle in the Indiana game . . . tallied season-high seven kickoffs for season-high 437 yards at Minnesota, registering a 60.5 ypk average with one touchback and also recorded a tackle . . . posted a 63.7 ypk average with one touchback in Michigan game . . . tallied four kickoffs for a 50.5 ypk average in Iowa game, limiting the Hawkeyes’ return to just 19.5 ypr, and got in the mix with a tackle on kick return . . . registered a 63.0 ypk average on three kickoffs in Notre Game game, logging then-season-best two touchbacks . . . recorded five kickoffs for a 61.8 ypk average with one touchback against Western Michigan . . . booted six kickoffs for a 61.2 ypk average with one touchback and also added a tackle in the BGSU game in his Spartan debut.

2015 SEASON: Joined the team in 2015 and sat out the entire season due to NCAA rules following his transfer from WMU . . . named Scout Team Special Teams Player of the Week vs. Rutgers.
AT WESTERN MICHIGAN: Kickoff specialist appeared in all 13 games as a sophomore in 2014 . . . averaged 61.5 yards on 77 kickoffs (4,738 yards), including 25 touchbacks . . . had a career-high nine kickoffs vs. Eastern Michigan . . . produced a career-best five touchbacks at Idaho . . . saw action in seven games as a true freshman in 2013 . . . averaged 58.5 yards on 20 kickoffs (1,170 yards) . . . set season highs for kickoffs (8) and touchbacks (2) at Eastern Michigan.
