Inexperienced Offensive Line Jells Down The Stretch

MSU has recorded more than 400 yards of total offense in four of its last five games.


CAREER NOTES: Fifth-year senior enters his third season as the starting right guard in 2012 . . . three-year letterman has played in 30 career games, including 26 starts (17 consecutive) at right guard.

2011 SEASON (JUNIOR): Started all 14 games at right guard . . . played more snaps (775) than any other Spartan offensive lineman during the regular season . . . honorable mention All-Big Ten selection by the media . . . recipient of the team's Most Outstanding Underclass Lineman Award (offense) . . . led the team with 49 knockdowns, including six dominators, in the regular season . . . surrendered only one sack during the regular season . . . named Spartan Offensive Lineman of the Week vs. Minnesota . . . named Spartan Offensive Lineman of the Week vs. Central Michigan after the Spartans rushed for 197 yards and three touchdowns against the Chippewas.
