Senior Center Kyle Cook

On the game today ...
The toughest part of it is probably that we lost. I'm a senior, I've been here for five years and we haven't beaten them. There's a lot of reasons why we (the seniors) haven't beat Michigan. We've been through a lot around here that's contributed to our seasons. We've got to look at it as the turning point of our season. We have six games left and we're 3-3, if we want to get to our bowl game, if we want to have a full season and turn our season around, we have to look to the second half.

On what the seniors said to each other after the game ...
You know everybody played hard, you can congratulate everybody on how they played. We played a good competitor and you can't go back, so we've just have to look ahead, we've go the rest of the season ahead of us. Yes we lost, but we have to look at the future.

On Drew Stanton ...
From my position you can't really tell what he's doing back there, he's always running around. I couldn't tell too much what he was doing, but I thought he played hard. He played with a lot of heart and will, the same as everybody.

Senior Quarterback Drew Stanton

On the loss today ...
I think we just have to go out and get it out of our system. We just need to start preparing for Ohio State, they're just as good a football team as these guys, and they're coming to our place, and they're No. 1. If we don't get prepared to play it could get ugly.

On preparation for the game ...
I think that's what happens when you play good football teams, and you go up against them. I think we did some good things offensively, but we hurt ourselves with some penalties, and we didn't make as many plays as we would like to. When you go up against teams like that no matter how hard you prepare, you've got to show up and play.

On the penalties the number of penalties ...
I think that's one of the things you talk about when you play against good football teams, that it's something you can't afford to do. We can't put ourselves in situations like that. I'm responsible for the offense's play, and it took us a while to get going against those guys who have a really good defense, and obviously there offense can chew up some yards. They did some things on the ground with different running backs, and that presents a problem.

On the dropped passes ...
It's frustrating, but you know they're out there trying their hardest. We're going to go back and work hard, and try to get some of those guys who haven't been out there too much some more reps.
