With its 28-14 victory over Michigan Saturday, Michigan State recorded its fourth-straight win in the series since 1959-62....It also matches MSU's longest winning streak in series history (accomplished on three other occasions: 1934-37, 1950-53 and 1959-62)....The Spartans also produced their third-consecutive victory over a ranked U-M team (Associated Press: No. 22 in 2009, No. 18 in 2010 and No. 11 in 2011).
Michigan leads the all-time series 67-32-5, including a 19-12-2 record in games played in Spartan Stadium....Since 1953, U-M leads the series 34-23-2.
