EAST LANSING, Mich. - The "Spring Edition" of "Spartan Football All-Access" debuts on FOX Sports Detroit Friday, May 16 at 5 p.m. ET. The 30-minute "Spring Edition" covers the team from the conclusion of the Rose Bowl Game through key position battles during spring practice and the Green-White spring game.
The program features interviews with head coach Mark Dantonio, assistant head coach/defensive coordinator Pat Narduzzi, safety Kurtis Drummond, defensive end Shilique Calhoun, defensive tackle Joel Heath, linebackers Taiwan Jones and Darien Harris, co-offensive coordinator/running backs coach Dave Warner, offensive lineman Travis Jackson, quarterback Connor Cook and running back Jeremy Langford.
In addition, the episode provides an inside look into Darqueze Dennard's NFL Draft experience. A "Spartan Football All-Access" camera crew spent three days in Dennard's hometown of Dry Branch, Georgia, and covered his draft-day viewing party in Macon.

"Spartan Football All-Access" (2013 Episode 12: MSU-Nebraska recap) has been nominated for an Emmy (sports daily or weekly program) by the Michigan Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts & Science. Winners will be announced at the 36th Emmy Gala on Saturday, June 14 at the MotorCity Casino Sound Board Theater in Detroit. "Spartan Football All-Access" is produced by MSU Athletic Communications: executive producer John Lewandowski; producer Ryan McPhail; associate producers Bob Armstrong, Nick Baker, Jake Huber, Justin Garant and Ben Phlegar; and narrator Andre Hutson.
Over the last three years, "Spartan Football All-Access" has earned 10 Michigan Association of Broadcasters' Broadcast Excellence Awards. In 2013, "Spartan Football All-Access" received "Best" in network TV awards for special interest programming (Episode 12: MSU-Nebraska recap) and sports (Episode 10: MSU-Michigan recap). The show also earned "Merit" awards in network TV for mini-documentary or series (Episode 1: MSU-Western Michigan recap) and sports (Episode 9: MSU-Illinois recap).
