2002-03: Played in 36 games, posting 4-8--12 totals • Ranked third among Spartan rookies in points • Tallied first career point, an assist, vs. Northern Michigan (Oct. 18) • First career multiple-point contest (1-1--2) vs. Lake Superior State (Oct. 24) • LSSU game (Oct. 24) also marked first career goal • Posted 1-1--2 totals vs. Niagara (Nov. 9) • Registered an assist at Bowling Green (Nov. 22) • Drew an assist on MSU’s first goal at Wisconsin (Nov. 30) • Had the second assist on Kevin Estrada’s game winner at Ferris State (Dec. 6) • Scored MSU’s third goal in 6-0 win at Lake Superior State (Jan. 4), marking his first goal since the Nov. 9 Niagara game • Scored MSU’s fourth goal in 6-2 win over Alaska Fairbanks (Jan. 11) • Tallied an assist on MSU’s game-winning marker in 7-4 win vs. Northern Michigan (Feb. 21) — hist first point in 10 contests • Added an assist vs. Northern Michigan in CCHA Super Six Quarterfinals (March 20).
