Played in the inaugural USHL/NHL Top Prospects Game in January 2012 ...Played two seasons of junior hockey with Muskegon (USHL), posting a 11-23-34 scoring line in 58 games in 2011-12 and was second on the team in scoring ... Appeared in just 33 games in 2010-11 in Muskegon, due to missing most of the first half of the year with a lacerated spleen ... Had a 2-4-6 scoring line in those regular-season games, with 51 PIM ...
