Spartans Host Toronto in Exhibition Game on Sunday

The Spartans will play their first exhibition game of the season.

2016-17 (Freshman): Did not see any action.

Prior to MSU: Played the 2015-16 season with the New Jersey Titans where he went 17-12-1 and ranked 13th in the NAHL with a .917 save percentage ... Owned a 2.63 goals-against average in his one year with New Jersey and was voted team co-MVP ... Earned NAHL East Division Star of the Week honors twice in February 2016 ... Led Detroit Catholic Central to two consecutive state titles in 2014 and '15 ... Went 20-3-1 with a 1.42 goals-against average and .927 save percentage as a senior for DCC, earning first-team All-State accolades.

Personal: Born June 20, 1997 in Royal Oak, Michigan ... Son of Jerry and Julie, both MSU graduates ... Favorite NHL team is the Detroit Red Wings and favorite player of Jimmy Howard ...
