Olympic Update: USA and Canada Remain Undefeated Through Two Games

Spartan hockey alums Duncan Keith and Ryan Miller and their respective Olympic teams remain unbeaten through two games at the 2014 Sochi Games. Keith's Canadian squad is now 2-0 after a 6-0 shutout win over Austria, while Miller's USA squad topped Russia, 3-2, in shootout fashion on Saturday to also improve to 2-0 in the preliminary round.
Keith had a team-high 23:52 of ice time in the victory over Austria and was also plus-3. Miller remained the backup to Jonathan Quick in the 3-2 USA shootout win over Russia.
Canada will next face undefeated Finland in a Group B showdown on Sunday at Noon ET. The Americans can clinch Group A and receive an automatic bye into the quarterfinals when they play Slovenia on Sunday at 7:30 a.m. ET.
Both Keith and Miller are appearing in their second consecutive Olympics.
