The Michigan State men's soccer team wrapped the first week of training Friday. The squad reported to campus on Tuesday, Aug. 12 to begin preparation for a new year following a record-breaking 2013 campaign.
The Michigan State men's soccer program will welcome back its student-athletes Tuesday following a full summer season that included play in the USL Premier Development League and National Premier League.
Michigan State men's soccer head coach Damon Rensing announced the addition of transfers Zach Carroll and Brian Alumbaugh to the 2014 roster. Carroll, a University of Virginia transfer, and Alumbaugh, a transfer from Long Island University-Brooklyn, will each be eligible for the 2014 season and will have two years of eligibility remaining.
Michigan State men's soccer assistant coach Kylie Stannard has been promoted to Associate Head Coach, as announced today by Spartan head coach Damon Rensing. Stannard has been part of the MSU coaching staff since 2009.
