Impact Players for 2012

Michigan State Soccer Coach Damon Rensing discusses the top players for the 2012 Michigan State Men's Soccer team.

2012: Appeared in seven games, earning a start in each, before suffering an injury against Notre Dame (9/14) that kept him out of the lineup until the NCAA Second-Round game against the Irish.


2011: Second season as a workhorse for the Spartans, playing in 18 games and starting 16 ... Played 70 minutes or more in 15 of those games.

2010: Saw action in 19 games, while starting 12...Registered one assist on the season, his first career helper came in the 5-0 victory over Western Michigan (Oct. 13).

Prior to MSU: Three year letter winner at McKinney (Texas) High School...Was captain of the team and earned First Team All-State honors in 2009...Was captain of the Andromeda U18 Academy in 2009 and won the U17 National Championship with the team in 2008 and in 2007 his club team was the U16 Regional Finalists and Disney Showcase Finalists...Trained this spring and summer with the reserve squad for Los Estudiantes de La Plata (a Primera Division club in Argentina)
