Started in 21 games and was as a key member of the Spartans defense that finished the season as the Big Ten leader in least goals allowed (17) and a .70 GAA ...Helped the Spartans earn a program-tying 13 shutouts on the season... Headed in the second goal of a 2-0 win over Northern Illinois after leaving the game twice to receive stitches for a gash above his left eyebrow on Sept. 28...Picked up an assist on Kevin Cope's goal against Western Michigan on Sept. 1...Recorded an assist in the only goal of a 2-1 loss to Valparaiso on Sept. 8...Assisted Tim Kreutz on his double-overtime winner against Indiana on Nov. 1...Took nine shots and earned four assists on the season.
2012: Served as a stalwart defender for the second straight season , helping MSU to a team GAA of 1.09 ... Recorded the game-winning goal against Indiana in the first round of the Big Ten Tournament (11/9) ... Tallied an assiston Nick Wilson's goal against Providence (9/9).
2011: Named to the Big Ten All-Freshman Team ... Named one of Top Drawer Soccer's Top 100 Freshmen ... Stepped in to play a significant role on the back line after injuries deeply affected the Spartan roster ... Appeared in 15 games, starting 11 and playing 90 minutes or more on 10 occasions ...
